Text messages can be sent through multiple screens.  


**Note: If a patient in response to your text message, type the word Stop, automatically, they unsubscribe from text messages, from the office. In that case, in order for the office to send a message to the patient again, and not display the message of "(xxx) xxx-xxxx is unsubscribed", the patient must send the word Start, through the text message, to continue with the service. (This action can only be performed by the patient, neither E Health Partners, nor the offices, will be able to work with this situation.) For more information, please go to the following link:

Main Menu 

  • On the main menu screen, click on the Send SMS to patient button, located in the Arrivals section.

  • The following screen will be displayed: 


  • If you want to send the previously configured text message, click on the Send button.
  • If you want to send a custom message, you can delete the configured message and type the message of your choice. 


  • Then click on the Send button.
  • Automatically, a confirmation message, will be displayed at the top of the screen. 


  • To set up a general text message, go to the Appointments Settings screen.
  • Click on the SMS Settings, located at the top of screen. 


  • The following screen will be displayed:


  • For the text message to be sent in Spanish, the patient must have the Speaks Spanish box selected, on the Appointments Details screen.


  • If you do not have this box selected, the text message will arrive in English.
  • If you want to send a text message via Templates, click on the Send SMS button.
  • The following screen will be displayed:


  • Select the text message template you want to send to the patient.



  • Once selected, click on the Send button.


Appointments

  • Go to the Appointments screen. 
  • Click on the Send SMS button, located in front of the patient's name.


  • Click on the Information button, located next to the patient's name. 


  • Click on the Send SMS. 


  • Or click on the right mouse button, and select the Send SMS to patient option. 


  • The following screen will be displayed:  


  • If you want to send the previously configured text message, click on the Send button.
  • If you want to send a custom message, you can delete the configured message and type the message of your choice.


  • Then click on the Send button.
    Automatically, a confirmation message, will be displayed at the top of the screen.


  • To set up a general text message, go to the Appointments Settings screen.

  • Then click on the Send button.

  • Click on the Send SMS button, located next to patient's name, in the Today's Patients section.

  • If you want to send a custom message, you can delete the configured message and type the message of your choice.


  • Then click on the Send button.
