There are several options for handling administrative and clinical alerts, for a specific patient or for all patients.

 

Option #1    

  • Click on the Patients button, in main menu. 


  • The following screen will be displayed:


  • Click on the More button, located at the top of the screen.
  • Then select the Alert Manager option.


  • If you are within a record of a specific patient, the following confirmation message will be displayed:


  • If you want to handle the alerts of the selected patient, press the Yes button.


  • If you want to manage the clinical and administrative alerts of all patients, press the No button.


  • Press the information button, located next to the alert date, to display the user who made and the user who ran the alert.


  • If you want to print the report of the alerts of the specific patient or of all patients, click on the "Print" button, located at the top of the screen.


  • The following report will be displayed:


  • If you want to see the alert, click on the Alert box.


  • If you want to delete any alert, click on the "Delete button, located at the end of the selected alert.


  • The following confirmation message will be displayed:


  • Click on the Yes button, in order to delete the selected alert.
  • Click on the No button, to cancel the action.


Option #2

  • Click on the QuickLinks text, located at the top of the main menu screen. 
  • Select the Patients option.


  • The following screen will be displayed:


  • Click on the More button, located at the top of the screen.
  • Then select the Alert Manager option.


  • If you are within a record of a specific patient, the following confirmation message will be displayed:


  • If you want to handle the alerts of the selected patient, press the Yes button.


  • If you want to manage the clinical and administrative alerts of all patients, press the No button.


  • Press the information button, located next to the alert date, to display the user who made and the user who ran the alert.


  • If you want to print the report of the alerts of the specific patient or of all patients, click on the "Print" button, located at the top of the screen.


  • The following report will be displayed:


  • If you want to see the alert, click on the Alert box.

Option #3

  • Go to the Appointments screen.
  • Select a patient the calendar.


  • Once selected, the user has two options. Press the Patient Details button, located on the right side of the screen, in the Side Panel section.


  • Or click on the information button and select the Pt Details option.


  • The following screen will be displayed:


  • Click on the More button, located at the top of the screen.
  • Then select the Alert Manager option.


  • If you are within a record of a specific patient, the following confirmation message will be displayed:


  • If you want to handle the alerts of the selected patient, press the Yes button.


  • If you want to manage the clinical and administrative alerts of all patients, press the No button.


  • Press the information button, located next to the alert date, to display the user who made and the user who ran the alert.


  • If you want to print the report of the alerts of the specific patient or of all patients, click on the "Print" button, located at the top of the screen.
