There are several options to create a patient's record from the Patient Eligibility screen.


Option #1    

  • Click on the Eligibility button, in main menu. 


  • The following screen will be displayed.


  • Register the patient's information to perform the eligibility search.


  • Once the information is registered, click on the Services button, located at the top of the screen or press the Click to Check Coverage Eligibility button, located in the center of the screen.


  • Patient's eligibility will be displayed.


  • Click on the Create Record button, located at the top of the screen.


  • The Patients Details screen will be displayed, to complete the registration of patient demographic information. Including the health plan.


  • The system will automatically assign, a new record number. 


Option #2

  • Click on the QuickLinks text, located at the top of the main menu.
  • Select the Eligibility option.


  • The following screen will be displayed.


  • Register the patient's information to perform the eligibility search.


  • Once the information is registered, click on the Services button, located at the top of the screen or press the Click to Check Coverage Eligibility button, located in the center of the screen.


  • Patient's eligibility will be displayed.


  • Click on the Create Record button, located at the top of the screen.


  • The Patients Details screen will be displayed, to complete the registration of patient demographic information. Including the health plan.


  • The system will automatically assign, a new record number.
