Description

Screen that manages the results of electronic laboratories that were not attached to the patient's record. This screen allows you to add the result to an existing patient, create a new patient with the information obtained from the laboratory result, inactivate the selected laboratory and cancel the import of the results. 


Access


Through Main Menu
  • In the main menu, press the “Clinical” button. 
Through "Clinical Records"
  • In the main menu, press the “Clinical” button.
  • Then press the “E-Labs” button, located at the top of the screen. 


Configuration

In order to use the “E-labs” function, the supplier must contact our service personnel at (787) 625-0440 to be included in the network.


Sections

  • Previous: Closes the screen.
  • Board: In this table, laboratory results that were not attached to the patient's record will be displayed.
  • :  This icon will appear in several columns of the table, position the mouse over it to obtain more information related to the selected cell.




: Import Options: By clicking on this button, the following options will be displayed to perform different actions with the electronic laboratory results. 


  • Attach: Allows you to add the electronic lab result to an existing patient.  


  • Create New Patient: Allows you to create a new patient, with the information obtained from the selected electronic laboratory result.
  • Inactive: Allows you to deactivate the selected electronic laboratory result.


  • Cancel: When pressed, closes the screen to cancel the action of importing electronic laboratory results.
