Description
This option allows to edit the date and time of the patient's evaluation, in the Clinical Evaluation section.
Access
Through Main Menu
- Click on the Clinical button, in main menu.
- Select the patient from any section of the Clinical Records screen.
- Or select the patient from the Arrivals section, in the main menu.
- Once the patient is selected, click on the Settings button, located at the top of the screen.
- Select the Show Time Stamp Editor option, in the Time Stamps Settings section.
Example:
- Advanced Progress Note screen, with Show Time Stamp Editor option selected
- You can edit manually, or simply select the date and time, located at the end of the line.
- The following screen will be displayed, in order to select date and time:
