Description
A screen to display a patient's finalized progress notes.
Access
Through Main Menu
- Click on 'Clinical' in the main menu.
- Select a patient from any section of the 'Clinical Records' screen.
- After selecting the patient, click on the 'Closed Encounters' tab, which is located on the right side of the screen.
Sections
List of closed progress notes: Section for searching the patient's closed progress notes.
Encounter Billing Codes: Section for viewing and including the billing codes for the selected encounter.
Print: Pressing this button will print the selected progress note.
: Upon pressing, it will display the selected encounter.
- Services: Clicking this link will display the patient's encounter history.
Display: Display the section for the chosen progress note from the list.
- Search: Section allows searching within a closed progress note.
If the text is not registered, a “Text Not Found” message is displayed.
- Review Note: Function allows to add multiple signatures of users, who reviewed the clinical evaluation of the patient.
