Access

  • Click on the Print button, located at the top of the Closed Encounters screen.


Configuration

The progress note report is configured by provider. The user will need to configure the following areas:

  • Header: The user can customize the report header. Once the information has been registered in Settings / Office / Office Information, it will be what is displayed in the header of the report. If you want to make any modifications, select the office and press the Edit button, located at the top of the screen. Once the information is completed, press the Save button.
  • Sections: The following sections within the document can be printed as lists Chief Complaint, Present Illness, Physical Exam, Past History, ROS. For this action, you need to go to the Advanced Progress Note screen, click on the Settings button, located at the top of the screen and select the Print Progress Note as Sorted List option.
  • Order and Description of sections To configure the order and description of the sections within the report, the user must go to Settings / General / Staff & Providers / PN Settings.

Impression

The progress note can be printed through the following screens:

  • Advanced Progress Note: On the Advanced Progress Note screen, click on the Print button, located at the top of the screen.
  • Closed Encounters: In the Closed Encounters tab, located on the right side of the Advanced Progress Note screen, select the progress note and click on the Print button.
  • Past Encounters: On the Past Encounters screen, select the progress note you want to print and then click on the Open Selected button, located at the top of the screen. Once the progress note is displayed, click on the Print button, located at the top of the screen.
