Access
- Select the 'Print' button, which is located at the top of the 'Closed Encounters' screen.
Configuration
The progress note report is set up by the provider. The user will need to configure the following sections:
- Header: Users can personalize the report header. After entering the information in Settings / Office / Office Information, it will appear in the report's header. To modify it, choose the office and click the Edit button at the top of the screen. After updating the information, click the Save button.
- Sections: The sections of the document that can be printed as lists include Chief Complaint, Present Illness, Physical Exam, Past History, and ROS. To perform this action, navigate to the Advanced Progress Note screen, click the Settings button at the top, and choose the 'Print Progress Note as Sorted List' option.

- Order and Description of sections: To configure the order and description of the sections within the report, the user must go to Settings / General / Staff & Providers / PN Settings.

Impression
The progress note is printable via the subsequent screens:
- Advanced Progress Note: To print from the Advanced Progress Note screen, select the Print button located at the top of the screen.
- Closed Encounters: On the Advanced Progress Note screen, locate the Closed Encounters tab on the right side, select the desired progress note, and then click the Print button.
- Past Encounters: To print a progress note from the Past Encounters screen, select the desired note and click the 'Open Selected' button at the top of the screen. After the progress note appears, click the 'Print' button, also located at the top of the screen.
