Description
This section is used to select a faster and more accessible way, the most frequent options, to be used in the patient's clinical evaluation.
Access
Through Main Menu
- Click on the Clinical button, in main menu.
- Select the patient from any section of the Clinical Records screen.
Once the patient is selected, click on the Smart Box tab, located on the right side of the screen.
Sections
Phrases: Section displays the frequent phrases, to be used in a clinical evaluation.
- Frequent Medications: Section displays the frequent medications, to be used in a clinical evaluation.
- Frequent Orders: Section displays the list of frequent orders.
- Frequent Procedures: Section displays the list of frequent procedures.
