Description
Screen for the configuration of the category of high-need and high-cost diagnostics.
Access
Through Settings
- From the Main Menu, press the Settings button.
- Press the Clinical button and then select the ICD Settings button.
Through QuickLinks
- In the main menu, click on the QuickLinks option, located at the top of the screen.
- Select the Settings option.
- Then press the Clinical button and select the ICD Settings button.
Sections
Buttons
- Edit Sort: Press to edit the order.
- Add: When pressed, it allows the addition of a high-cost, high-need label.
- Edit: When pressed, it allows you to edit the selected high cost and need tag.
- Cancel: When pressed, it allows you to cancel any action performed on the screen.
- Save: When pressed, it allows you to save any action performed on the screen.
- Offices: Allows you to select the office to which high cost and high need diagnostics will be configured.
- Delete: Allows to delete the selected office.
- Apply Filters: Selecting this option allows you to filter the display of the plans.
- Advanced Editing: Pressing it will display the screen for configuring the diagnostic labels.
- Add to Billing Codes: By selecting this option, if the patient has any of the high cost and high need diagnoses, the patient will automatically go to the Encounter Billable Problem List section of the Close Encounter screen when the progress note is closed.
- Add to Encounter Codes: By selecting this option, if the patient has any of the high cost and high need diagnoses, they will be automatically moved to the Assessment/Plan section in the Today's Diagnosis.
- Insurance Plan Required: Select this option, if required by the plan.
- Alert Text: Allows you to write an alert note. It will be displayed as a clinical alert, when opening the progress note, if the diagnosis is configured with the note.
- Assessment/Plan Text: Allows to write a note on the selected assessment. It will be displayed in the Assessment and Plan section.
- Available Labels: Allows the addition of diagnostic categories.
- ICD Codes: Allows you to search for diagnostics for the configured category.
- Existing Mapping: The diagnoses added in the configured category will be displayed.
