Description

Screen used to configure the images and descriptions for the physical examination evaluation of the patient.  

Access

Through Settings

• In the Main Menu, press the Settings button.
• Press the Clinical button and then select the Physical Examination button.

Through QuickLinks

• In the main menu, click on the QuickLinks option, located at the top of the screen. 
• Select the Settings option. 
• Then press the Clinical button and select the Physical Examination button.

Sections 

Buttons

• Add Diagram: Allows the addition of diagrams and images.
• Edit:  Allows to edit the selected images.  
• Cancel: Cancels any changes, which were intended.
• Save: Allows to save the changes on screen.
• Previous: Allows to close screen. 

• Diagrams: Section where diagrams and images, which were added, are displayed.
  
• Pins: They can be edited by the provider.
