Description

Screen to configure the Templates to be used in a clinical evaluation. 

Access 

Through Settings

• In the Main Menu, press the Settings button.
• Press the Clinical button and then select the Progress Note Clinical Evaluation Templates button.

Through QuickLinks

• In the main menu, click on the QuickLinks text, located at the top of the screen. 
• Select the Settings option. Then press the Clinical button and select the Progress Note Clinical Evaluation Templates button.

Sections 

Buttons

• New: Allows to configure the Template of the clinical evaluation progress note. 
• Edit: Allows you to edit the Template of the selected progress note.  
• Delete: Allows you to delete the Template of the selected progress note. 
• Save: Allows you to save any action performed on the screen.  
• Previous: Allows to close screen.
