Document pregnancy information and prenatal visits. 


Access

Click on the Pregnancy button on the Side Bar of the Progress Note screen.  (This button will only be available if the patient is female). 


Can't find the Pregnancy button?Click on Settingsbutton on the toolbar of the Progress Note screen, Select the Side Bar Settings option. Select the Pregnancy item from the available items area on the right side of the screen and drag/drop into the items window on the lower left corner of any Side Bar category. Press saveto store the change. The Side Bar panel will refresh and the button will appear under the category where it was added. 




Sections

 Pregnancy

  • Pregnancy (Box): Displays current and previous pregnancies.
    • :  Represents an active pregnancy.

    •  : Represents inactivated pregnancies.

  • Is Active: Identifies the record as the Current pregnancy.
  • Is Abortion
  • Pregnancy Type: Identifies the pregnancy as single or multiple.
  • LMP: Date of last menstrual period
  • Initial EDD: Initial estimated date of delivery.
  • Final EDD: Final estimated date of delivery.
  • Start: Start date of prenatal care.
  • End: End date of prenatal care.
  • Father Information
  • Emergency Information
  • Notes:  Pregnancy related notes. Notes added here will display on the Pregnancy Information window of the progress note screen.
  • Edit: Edit the selected pregnancy record.
  • Delete: Delete the selected pregnancy record
  • Previous: Returns to the previous screen.
  • Tags: Displays the categories common phrases previously configured in Evaluation Tags Settings.
  • Phrases: Displays the phrases for clinical evaluation  previously configured in Settings / Phrases Setting.
  • Update Note: Adds the changes made on the screen to the Pregnancy Notes window.


Pregnancy Visit

  • Buttons


  • Add Visit: Add prenatal visits.

  • Edit: Edit the selected prenatal visit.
  • Recurring Appointments: Create recurring appointments.

  • Information Bar
    • Total Pregnancy: Total number and types of pregnancies.
    • AbortionNumber and types of abortions.
    • LMP: Date of last menstrual period
    • EDD: Estimated date of delivery.
  • Data Grid (Prenatal Visits): Displays details of each prenatal visit.
