Report Description

In this section, you can print the report detailing the prenatal care of the pregnant patient, this report will contain the following areas:

• Pregnancy Information: Detail of the last menstrual period date, the Initial EDD and the Final EDD.
• Contact Information: Details of the baby's father's name and phone number, as well as the phone number of a contact person in case of emergency.
• Pregnancies History: Detail of total pregnancies, including abortions.
• Last Pregnancies (last six): Details of the outcome of pregnancies, dates of births, weights, sexes, type of births, among other things of previous children.
• Past Medical History: Details of family, social or medical history.
• Labs: The results of the laboratories performed during pregnancy are displayed.

Note: This section will appear as long as it is customized by the user.

• Allergies: Active allergies that the patient has at the time of the report.
• Medications: Active medications that the patient has at the time of the report.
• Problem List: Active diagnoses that the patient has at the time of the report.
• Educations: Education given to the patient, at the time of the report.
• Pregnancies Notes: Any specific provider notes related to pregnancy.
