Description

Screen used to configure documentation and clinical evaluation options.  On this configuration screen admin users can manage options for the following areas: Triage, Chief Complaint / Present Illness, Past History, Review of Systems and Physical Exam.

Access

From the Settings module, click on Clinical then select the Clinical Templates option.

Sections

• Filters: Select between alphabetical or custom order and filter by provider.

  Manage options for all of the following areas:

• Triage
• Chief Complaint / Present Illness
• Past History
• Review of Systems
• Physical exam
