Used to configure office or staff hours, holidays, appointment types and evaluation rooms.


Access


Through Main Menu

  • Click on the Appointments module, in the Main Menu screen. 
  • Click on the Settings button, on the Side Panel section, at the right side of screen.

Through QuickLinks 

  • Click on the QuickLinks text, located at the top of the Main Menu screen and select the Appointments option. 
  • Once in the Appointments screen, click on the Settings button, on the Side Panel section, at the right side of screen. 
  • Or select the Patients option. Once in the Patients screen, click on the Appointments button, located at the top of screen. Click on the Settings button, on the Side Panel section, located at the right side of screen. 

Through Settings

  • Click on the Settings module in the Main Menu screen. 
  • Once in the Settings screen, click on the Office option and then select the Appointments button.


Sections 


 Buttons

  • SMS Settings: Allows the configuration of text messages, which will be sent to patients for the reminder of their appointments. In addition, "Templates" can be created, with the purpose of facilitating the handling of sending text messages from the office or facility. 
  • Print Hol. / Vac.: Print the Holidays / Vacation Days Report.

Add:

  • Add Hol.: Add a holiday or vacation period.


  • Rooms: Add or edit the names of examination rooms that you want available for assignment.


  • Appt. Types: Configure the types of appointments that you want available as options.


  • Edit Hol.: Edit a holiday or vacation period.
  • Cal. Settings: Configure the calendar setting to display the desired interval between appointments.
    • Ex. Every 5 minutes:
    • Ex. Every 10 minutes:
    • Ex. Every 15 minutes: 

    • Ex. Every 30 minutes:

    • Ex. Every 60 minutes:


  • Edit Hours: Edit office hours. 
  • Save: Stores changes made.
  • Cancel: Nullifies any changes made on the screen.
  • Office Work Hours: Configure the practices hours.
  • Provider Working Hours: Configure the hours for all providers.
  • Holidays and Vacations: Displays the configured holidays or vacation time. The Enabled button, on the end of each line, allows authorized users, to quickly enable or disable the entry.
