Description

Screen use to configure the Holidays and Vacations Days of an office or provider. 


Access


Through Main Menu

  • Click on the Appointments button, in the Main Menu screen.  
  • Once the Appointment screen is displayed, click on the Settings button, located at the Side Panel section on the right side of screen.  
  • In the Appointment Settings screen, click on the Add button, located at the top of the Appointments Settings screen and select the Add Hol. option. 

Through QuickLinks 

  • Click on the QuickLinks text, located at the top of the Main Menu screen. 
  • Once the Appointment screen is displayed, click on the Settings button, located at the Side Panel section at the right side of screen. 
  • In the Appointments screen, click on the Add button and then select the Add Hol. option.

Through Settings 

  • Click on the Settings button, in the Main Menu scree
  • Search the Settings / Office / Appointments section. 
  • In the Appointment Settings screen, click on the Add button, located at the top of screen and then select the press Add Hol. button.

Buttons

  • Save: 
  • Cancel: Allows to close screen.  
  • Office: Allows to select the office that will have the Holiday or Vacation. 
  • Description: Write the description of the Holiday or Vacation. 
  • Provider: Allows to select the provider witch Holiday or Vacation will be added. If its going to apply for all providers, select with a check mark the field located on top of the provider. 
  • Type: Allows to select the Type of day office will be closed. 
  • Start Date: Allows to select the activity date. 
  • End Date: Allows to select the activity end date.
