There are several option to edit an evaluation room.
Option #1
- Go to the Appointments screen.
- Click on the Settings button, located on the right side of screen, in the Side Panel section.
- The Appointment Settings screen will be displayed:
- Click on the Add button, located on the screen toolbar and select the Rooms option.
- The following screen will be displayed:
- Select the office room to be edited.
- Once room is selected, click on the Edit button, located at the top of screen.
- The section will be enabled in order to be edited.
- Once the edition is completed, click on the Save button.
- Changes made will be automatically stored.
Option #2
- Click on the QuickLinks text, located at the top of screen.
- Select the Settings option. .
- The following screen will be displayed:
- Click on the Office button and then select the Appointments button.
- The Appointment Settings screen will be displayed:
- Click on the Add button, located on the screen toolbar and select the Rooms option.
- The following screen will be displayed:
- Select the office room to be edited.
- Once room is selected, click on the Edit button, located at the top of screen.
- The section will be enabled in order to be edited.
- Once the edition is completed, click on the Save button.
- Changes made will be automatically stored.
Option #3
- Click on the Settings button, in the main menu.
- The following screen will be displayed:
- Click on the Office button and select the Appointments button.
- The Appointment Settings screen will be displayed:
- Click on the Add button, located on the screen toolbar and select the Rooms option.
- The following screen will be displayed:
- Select the office room to be edited.
- Once room is selected, click on the Edit button, located at the top of screen.
- The section will be enabled in order to be edited.
- Once the edition is completed, click on the Save button.
- Changes made will be automatically stored.
