Description

There are two (2) main menu screens to choose from.


Modern Main Menu: This menu contains the classic options: Appointments, Patient Details, Billing, Clinical, Reports, Settings, but it also includes additional options that facilitate office management: New Claims, Payments, Eligibility, Help, Workflow, E-labs and Message Center.


Classic Main Menu: The much simpler main menu includes the frequently used classic modules in the center of the screen and the additional functionality in the upper right corner.


Main Menu Header 


Welcome:  Displays the name of the logged-in user. 

  • Work Offline:  It allows you to work, without an internet connection. 
  • Show Status Bar:  It will display the status of the application, at the top of the screen. 
  • Mute Notifications:  Disables toast notifications. 
  • Enable Emergency Access:  Enables emergency access.
  • Clear Documents Cache: Allows you to delete and redownload documents. 
  • Change Password:  Allows the user to change their password. 
  • Reset All Cache:  It allows you to delete and redownload the information of the procedures, control of favorites, control of frequents, orders, Sig's and the "Evaluation Templates". 
  • Lock Screen:  Allows you to lock the screen, for security purposes. 
  • Restart: Allows you to reboot the system. 
  • Exit: Closes the application. 

QuickLinks:  It allows quick access to the following screens:

  • Open Tele Medicine:  It allows access to the provider, to the consultation screen through telemedicine. Before, you must configure the telemedicine URL, in the "Home Settings" screen. 
  • Appointments:  Allows access to the Appointment screen. 
  • Billing:  Allows access to the Billing screen. 
  • Eligibility:  Allows access to the Eligibility screen. 
  • Messages: Allows access to the Messages screen. 
  • eLabs:  Allows access to the screen of the management of electronic laboratories.

  • File Encryptor:  Display the "File Encryptor" screen.

Provider Feedback: Displays the Help Center portal webpage.

News: Unfolds the screen of the news webpage of the Help Center portal.

Help: 

  • User Guide - F1: Displays the description screen of the main menu.
  • Medication Reference: Display the "Drugs.com" webpage screen.
  • What's New:  Unfold the screen to show the new features of the app. 
  • Remote Support:  Displays the web page screen with the help center information. 
  • About:  Display the screen with the installation information and "backups" of the application. 
  • Show Errors:  Selecting will display all application errors.


Actions 

  • User Profile Picture: Displays the user's profile picture. This is configured on the "Home Settings" screen. 
  • Office Totals: When pressed, it displays totals for appointments, unbilled meetings, open notes, and the previous day's meetings. 
  • User Settings:  When pressed, it displays the "Home Settings" screen, for the user's settings. 


  • Exit:  When pressed, it allows you to close the application. The following confirmation message will be displayed: 


Arrivals 

  • Displays the cited patients who have arrived at the office.
  • Info: When pressed, it displays patient information such as: record number, age, medical plan, religion, date of last visit, social security number, and any patient-related notes.
  • Send SMS to Patient:  When pressed, it allows text to be sent to the patient.
  • T/A / Appointment Time / Arrived Time:  Displays the appointment time and the time the patient arrived at the office. 


Modules

  • Appointments:  Allows access to the appointments module. 
  • Billing:  Allows access to the billing module. 
    • New Claim: Allows access to the create claims screen. 
    • Patient Payment:  Allows access to the patient payment screen. 
  • Patients:  Allows access to the patient demographic information module. 
  • Eligibility:  Allows access to the eligibility module.
  • Reports:  Allows access to the custom reports module. 
    • Quality Measures:  Allows access to the clinical quality measurements screen. 
    • Meaningful Use:  Allows access to the screen of significant use measurements. 
  • Settings: Allows access to the settings screen.
  • Help: Allows access to the help center screen.
  • eLabs:  It allows access to the screen of the management of electronic laboratories. 
  • Message Center: Allows access to the messages screen.
