Description

The main function of this panel, is the management of the list of patients, that are displayed in this section, at the time of marking that they arrived at the office. Several activities may also be carried out, which are detailed below this article. 


Sections

In this panel you can view the following functionalities:

  • User Profile Picture: Displays the user's profile picture. This is configured in the "Home Settings" screen.


  • Office Totals: When pressed, it displays totals for appointments, unbilled meetings, open notes, and the previous day's meetings. 
  • User Settings: When pressed, it displays the "Home Settings" screen, for the user's settings.  


  • Theme: Section where the user can configure and select the background color of the application, according to their preference. 


  • User has 3 color options to select:
  • Light: Selecting this option will display the white screen background. 


  • Silver: Selecting this option will display the gray screen background. 


  • Dark: Selecting this option will display the black wallpaper.   


  • Windows 11 (Dark): Selecting this option will display the screen with the black background, for Windows 11.  


  • Windows 11 (Light): Selecting this option will display the screen with a blank background, for Windows 11. 


  • Accent Colors: Section where the user can configure and select the color of their preference, to be displayed in different sections or screens of the system. 
  • 1st Color: The color selected in this field is the one that will be displayed in the "Headers", in the top bar of the screens, radio buttons and notification screens (popups). 


  • 2nd Color: The color selected in this field will be displayed in the bottom bar of the screens, where it indicates the "Last Updated By". Examples: Allergies, Immunizations, Medications, Problem List, Procedures and Vital Signs.  


  • 3rd Color: The color selected in this field will be displayed in each section that the user selects in the system. 


  • Modern Main Menu and Classic Main Menu: Allows user to select the preferred menu between Modern or Classic Main Menu.  
  • Use Quick Progress Note: Option that user can select, if they want to use this progress note. (You must first select the "Use Quick P.N." option, on the "Staff and Providers" screen.)
  • Tele Medicine URL: Space to write the URL (Uniform Resource Locator) to be able to use the telemedicine program. 
  • Provider Settings: Displays the list of active providers. When selecting, the provider through the "Check mark", it displays the patients assigned to the provider, in the list of the "Arrivals" section.

  • Location Settings:  It will display the list of locations in the office. By selecting the location through the "Check mark", the list in the "Arrivals" section, will be filtered.


  • Two-Factor Authentication: Section where two-factor authentication is configured, for additional protection for the user account. 


  • Exit: When pressed, it allows you to close the application. The following confirmation message will be displayed: 


Arrivals 

Place where the list of patients who have arrived at the office, will be displayed. If you double-tap on the patient, it will display a new progress note. Patient who was been dispatched from the office, will not appear in the list. In this section the following icons will be displayed:

  • Refresh: Updates the "Arrivals" section.
  • Displays the scheduled patients who have arrived at the office.
  • Info: When pressed, displays patient information such as: record number, age, medical plan, religion, date of last visit, social security number, and any patient-related notes. (The notes displayed in this section, are the ones added on the "Patient Detail" screen, not the notes in the "Appointment Notes" section.)
  • Send SMS to Patient: When pressed, it allows text to be sent to the patient. 
  •  Edit: If this icon is displayed, indicates that it is an open progress note.

  • Close: If this icon is displayed, indicates the progress note is closed. 
  • T/A / Appointment Time / Arrived Time: Displays the appointment time and the time the patient arrived at the office. 
  • Encounter Recovery (link): If this link is displayed, it means that he opened a progress note, saved clinical information, but did not leave it open or close. 

Note: To fix the "Encounter Recovery", click on the link and select the encounter.

Note: If the provider does not save the progress note, they can continue editing the progress note by double-tapping the patient.
