There are several options to configure the office or facility hours.


Option #1  

  • Go to the Appointments screen.  
  • Click on the Settings button, located on the right of screen, in the Side Panel section


  • The Appointment Settings screen, will be displayed: 


  • Select the office to be configured, on in the Office Work Hours field. 


  • Click on the Edit Hours button, located at the top of screen, in order to enable the days and hours to be configured. 


  • Select the days the office will be opened.

  • Register the office work hours of the selected days. 


  • Click on the Save button in order to store the entries. 

  • Click on the Cancel button in order to omit the selected changes. 


Option #2
  • Click on the QuickLinks text, located at the top of screen. 
  • Select the Settings option. . 


  • The following screen will be displayed: 
  • Click on the Office button and then select the Appointments button. 


  • The Appointment Settings screen, will be displayed: 


  • Select the office to be configured, on in the Office Work Hours field. 


  • Click on the Edit Hours button, located at the top of screen, in order to enable the days and hours to be configured. 


  • Select the days the office will be opened.

  • Register the office work hours of the selected days. 


  • Click on the Save button, in order to store the entries. 

  • Click on the Cancel button, in order to omit the selected changes. 


Option #3

  • Click on the Settings button, in the main menu. 


  • The following screen will be displayed: 
  • Click on the Office button and select the Appointments button.


  • The Appointment Settings screen, will be displayed: 


  • Select the office to be configured, on in the Office Work Hours field. 


  • Click on the Edit Hours button, located at the top of screen, in order to enable the days and hours to be configured. 


  • Select the days the office will be opened.

  • Register the office work hours of the selected days. 


  • Click on the Save button, in order to store the entries.
