There are several options to configure office hours by provider. Note: Allows to configure the the days the selected provider will be working in cases there are various providers working in the same office. 


Opción #1 

  • Go to the Appointments screen. 
  • Click on the Settings button, located on the right side screen in the Side Panel section. 


  • The Appointment Settings screen will be displayed: 


  • Select the office to be configured, in the Office Work Hours section. 


  • Select the provider to configure the working hours of the selected office, in the Provider Working Hours section. 


  • Once office and provider is selected, click on the Edit Hours, located at the top of screen, in order to enable the days and hours to be configured. 


  • Select providers work days office.


  • Register the work hours of the selected days. 


  • To save the configuration of the office and providers working hours, click on the Save button, located at the top of screen. 
  • To omit the selected changes, click on the Cancel button.


Option #2
  • Click on the QuickLinks text, located at the top of screen. 
  • Select the Settings option. . 


  • The following screen will be displayed: 
  • Click on the Office button and then select the Appointments button. 


  • The Appointment Settings screen, will be displayed: 


  • Select the office to be configured, in the Office Work Hours section. 


  • Select the provider to configure the working hours of the selected office, in the Provider Working Hours section. 


  • Once office and provider is selected, click on the Edit Hours, located at the top of screen, in order to enable the days and hours to be configured. 


  • Select providers work days office.


  • Register the work hours of the selected days. 


  • To save the configuration of the office and providers working hours, click on the Save button, located at the top of screen. 
  • To omit the selected changes, click on the Cancel button.


Option #3

  • Click on the Settings button, in the main menu. 


  • The following screen will be displayed: 
  • Click on the Office button and select the Appointments button.


  • The Appointment Settings screen, will be displayed: 


  • Select the office to be configured, in the Office Work Hours section. 


  • Select the provider to configure the working hours of the selected office, in the Provider Working Hours section. 


  • Once office and provider is selected, click on the Edit Hours, located at the top of screen, in order to enable the days and hours to be configured. 


  • Select providers work days office.


  • Register the work hours of the selected days. 


  • To save the configuration of the office and providers working hours, click on the Save button, located at the top of screen.
