Description
Screen where the information of the provider, nurse or groups is configured. Clinical groups can be configured, to be used in the clinical evaluation, copy the types of clinical evaluations from group to provider, provider to provider, provider to group. Configuration of progress note templates, frequent codes, by users and assign the user that the provider wants to create orders on their behalf.
Access
Through Settings
- In the Main Menu, press the Settings button.
- Press the General button and then press the Staff and Providers button.
Through QuickLinks
- In the main menu, click on the QuickLinks text, located at the top of the screen.
- Select the Settings option.
- Then click on the General button and select the Staff & Providers button.
Through QuickLinks
- In the main menu, click on the QuickLinks text, located at the top of the screen.
- Then select the Staff and Providers option.
Through Billing
- In the main menu, click on the Billing text, located at the top of the screen.
- Press the Settings button located at the top of the screen and select the Staff and Providers option.
Sections
Buttons
- Clinical Groups: When pressed, it allows you to configure the groups to be used in the clinical evaluation.
- Copy Clinical Evaluation: When pressed, it allows you to copy evaluations from one supplier to another or from one group to another.
- Import / Export Options:
- Choose File: Allows you to save the options in a file.
- Save as File: Allows you to export the progress note options of the selected provider.
- (Clinical Groups) Save As File: Allows exporting the progress note options of the selected clinical group.
- Upload to EHRez Cloud: Allows you to upload the selected provider's configuration to the EHRez cloud.
- Cloud Available Items: Allows you to select the available configuration of the providers.
- PN Report Setting: Click to configure the options and order of data elements to appear on the printed progress note for the selected provider.

- Close PN Code: Press to configure procedure codes to be available as Frequent Procedures on the Close Patient Encounter screen.
- Order Settings: Press to authorize nursing staff to create orders on behalf of the selected provider.
- New: Pressing it allows you to add a new provider.
- Note: Before creating the provider, the user corresponding to the provider to be created must be created.
- Edit: Pressing allows you to edit the provider selected in the table.
- Previous: Pressing will close the screen.
Tabla: Section where all the suppliers of the office are displayed. Active suppliers will be identified with and inactive suppliers will be identified with. Press the icon to change the status.
- Name: User's name.
- Type: Displays the type of user.
- NPI: Provider's national identification number.
- Specialty: Displays the provider's specialty.
- EPCS: identifica si el proveedor está activo, en el servicio de envío de recetas electrónicas de medicamentos controlados.
- Enabled: Identifies whether the user is active or inactive.
Add / Edit Screen
Botones
- Save: Save the changes on the screen.
- Cancel: Closes the screen, without making any changes.
- Physician: Choose if the user is a provider.
- Non-Physician: Select if it is another type of user, such as a nurse or administrative staff.
- Group: Select whether it will be under the group category.
Information
- User: The user corresponding to the provider being registered is selected.
- Primary Specialty: Allows you to select the provider's primary specialty.
- Secondary Specialty: Allows you to select the provider's secondary specialty.
Identifications
- NPI: The National Provider Identifier is registered.
- Title: Title of the provider.
- Subtitle: Other provider's subtitle. What is written in this field will be displayed next to the provider's specialty.
- Signature Title: Se registra el título de la firma. Lo escrito en este campo, se desplegará al lado del nombre del proveedor.
- Print Alias: The name known as Alias is registered.
- Signature Pre titile: The previous title of the signature is recorded. What is written in this field, will be displayed before the name, in the signature of the provider's progress note.
- Copy selected credentials to all offices (Botón): Pressing this button will copy the user's credentials to all offices.
General Options
- Use Quick P.N.: If this option is selected, it means that the supplier will be able to use the Quick Progress Note.
- Accepts assignment: If this option is selected, it means that you accept assignments.
- Accepts appointments: If this option is selected, it means that they accept that appointments are made to be attended by him.
- Accepts Referrals: If this option is selected, it means that the provider will accept referrals.
- Has Signature on File: If this option is selected, it means that the user has his signature registered in the system.
- Print orders with office info: If this option is selected and the provider prescribes from a facility, the facility information will be printed in the progress note.
- Use Groups Frequent Codes: If this option is selected, it means that the user will use the frequent group codes.
- Use progress note group settings: If this option is selected, it means that the user will be able to use the group progress notes configuration.
- View Assigned patients only: By selecting this box, the provider will only be able to see the patients assigned to him/her.
- Has Confidential notes access: By selecting this checkbox, you allow the provider to have access to the progress notes, identified as confidential.
- Use Groups Clinical Evaluation: Selecting this checkbox allows the provider to use the previously configured group clinical assessments (Note: When selecting a group and pressing the Save button, a confirmation message will be displayed indicating that when changing to the group clinical assessment, the system will automatically perform a restart).
Billing Options
Billing Copay Setup:
- Generalist: Generalist co-payment configuration.
- Specialist: Specialist co-payment configuration.
- Sub-Specialist: Sub-specialist co-payment configuration.
- External ID: Identification number for an external system used by a vendor.
Chart (Center)
- Office: Offices will be displayed.
- Medical License: The state medical license is recorded.
- Narcotics License: The state narcotics license is registered.
- DEA Number: The DEA Registration Number is registered.
- SSN: The Social Security Number is registered.
- ETIN: The Electronic Transmitter Identification Number is registered.
- SPI: The Surescripts Provider Identifier is registered.
- NADEAN Number: This number is recorded for certain controlled drugs that, in addition to the DEA number, require this number for the prescription to be filled.
- e-Prescribing: Identifies whether the provider is registered to send electronic prescriptions.
User
- Name: Display the user's name.
- Username: Displays the username, used by the provider, to log into the system.
- Groups: Displays the group to which the provider belongs.
- Status: Identifies whether the user is active or inactive. Click on the icon to change the status.
Addresses
- Physical: The physical address of the provider is recorded.
- Postal: The postal address of the provider is recorded (Note: It is recommended not to use a P.O. Box as the postal address).
