Description

Screen used to select the procedure codes that a specific user will have available as frequent procedures on the Close Patient Encounter screen of the Progress Note.


Access 


Through Settings

  • In the Main Menu, press the Settings button.
  • Press the General button and then press the Staff & Providers button. Locate the Settings / General / Staff & Providers section. On the Staff and Providers screen, press the Close PN Codes button, located at the top of the screen.

Through QuickLinks

  • In the main menu, click on the QuickLinks text, located at the top of the screen.
  • Select the Settings option.
  • Then press the General button and then press the Staff & Providers button.
  • On the Staff and Providers screen, press the Close PN Codes button, located at the top of the screen.

Through QuickLinks

  • In the main menu, click on the QuickLinks text, located at the top of the screen.
  • Select the Staff and Providers option.
  • On the Staff and Providers screen, press the Close PN Codes button, located at the top of the screen.


Sections 

  • Search: Section where you can search for all CPT codes.
  • General Frequent Codes: The following table displays the supplier's frequent codes.

  • Frequent Codes: Table displaying the frequent codes that can be displayed in the Close Encounters screen when closing the progress note.

  • : Allows you to delete the selected code from the list in the Frequent Codes table.
