• Go to the Appointments screen. 
  • Select the patient 
  • Once patient is selected, click on the Alerts button, located at the top of screen. 
  • Then select the New Patient Alert option. 


  • The following screen will be displayed: 


  • Select how the alert will displayed: 


  • Select the provider or group to which you want to create the alert. 


  • Select whether the alert will be an administrative or clinical alert.  
  • Write the alert.


  • Once alert is created, click on the Save button. 
    • Note: The created alert, will display when opening again the Appointments screen. If user does not want to alert be displayed, click on the OK button. To be displayed press Cancel.


  • Click on the Ok button, if you do not want the alert, to be displayed further.
  • Click on the Repeat button, if you want the alert to be displayed again.
  • Click on the Send to Reminders button, if you want the alert to be assigned, to the Reminders section.
  • Click on the Print button, to print the alert.
