• Go to the Appointments screen. 
  • Select patient. 
  • Click on the Alerts button, locates at the top of screen and select the Patient Alert History option.


  • The following screen will be displayed: 


  • The user will have two options to view the alert. Click on twice over alert.  


  • Or click on the note.


  • You can also turn off or turn on patient alerts.
  • If you want to see the patient's administrative and clinical alerts, go to the patient demographic screen. 
  • Then click on the More button, located at the top of the screen and select the Alert Manager option. 


  • The following message will be displayed: 


  • Click on the Yes button, for the deployment and management of all the alerts of the selected patient, pressing the No button, will display the alerts of all patients. 
  • This will display the screen, with all the administrative and clinical alerts, of the selected patient.
