Description
This setting allows user to select the format of the progress note report. When you select this option, All the first level areas of "Chief Complaint", "Present Illness", "Physical Exam", "Past History" and "Custom Evaluation", will appear in bold. If the option is not selected, the areas will be displayed in regular format. (See examples.)
Access
Through Main Menu
- Click on the Clinical button, in main menu.
- Select the patient from any section of the Clinical Records screen.
- Once the patient is selected, click on the Settings button, located at the top of the screen.
- Select the Print Clinical Evaluation first level as bold option, in the Printout Settings section.
