This feature is designed to omit or remove a paragraph or section of changes from the printed progress note.

Access

Through Main Menu

• Click on the Clinical button in the main menu. 
• Choose a patient from any part of the Clinical Records screen.
• After selecting a patient, click on the Settings button at the top of the screen.
• In the Printout Settings section, choose the Exclude modifications block print out option.
