Description
This area is used to manage all secure messages (internal within office staff or external (incoming and outgoing) from / to patients and providers.
Access
- In the Main Menu screen, press the Message Center module.
From Classic Menu
- In the Classic Menu screen, press the Messages button, located at the upper right of the screen.
From QuickLinks
- In the Main Menu screen, select the QuickLinks option located on the header toolbar. Then select the Messages option.
Sections
Buttons
- Refresh: Allows to refresh all sent and received messages.
- Compose: Allows to compose new message.
- Previous: Allows to close the Messages screen.
- Conversations: Displays all messages. They can be filtered by all messages, no read messages, sent messages and orders.
- Conversations Details: Displays all the message details selected in the Conversation section.
- Attachments: Sections that displays any documents attached to the message.

- Cancel: Allows to cancel message.
- Office Staff: Displays the list of the of all the office or medical center staff.
- Patients: Displays the list of all the office or medical center patients.
- Referring Providers: Displays the list of all the office or medical center providers.
Attach Patients's CCD: Allows to attach a CCDA with the patient's clinical information.
