Description 

This area is used to manage all secure messages (internal within office staff or external (incoming and outgoing) from / to patients and providers. 


Access


From Main Menu
  • In the Main Menu screen, press the Message Center module. 

From Classic Menu

  • In the Classic Menu screen, press the Messages button, located at the upper right of the screen.  
From QuickLinks 
  • In the Main Menu screen, select the QuickLinks option located on the header toolbar. Then select the Messages option.


Sections


Buttons
  • Refresh: Allows to refresh all sent and received messages. 
  • Compose: Allows to compose new message. 
  • Previous: Allows to close the Messages screen. 
  • Conversations: Displays all messages. They can be filtered by all messages, no read messages, sent messages and orders. 
  • Conversations Details: Displays all the message details selected in the Conversation section. 
  • Attachments: Sections that displays any documents attached to the message.

  • Send: Allows to send message. 
  • Cancel: Allows to cancel message. 


  • Office Staff: Displays the list of the of all the office or medical center staff. 
  • Patients: Displays the list of all the office or medical center patients. 
  • Referring Providers: Displays the list of all the office or medical center providers. 
  • Attach Patients's CCD: Allows to attach a CCDA with the patient's clinical information.
