Description

Portal for the management of patient appointments, for "Hosted" clients. The portal is also available, for handling appointments from providers, who do not have EHRez, as their electronic medical record. (This portal has an additional cost. For guidance, you can contact our service department at (787) 625-0440.)


Access


Sections 


  • Refresh: Refreshes the appointment screen. 
  • Filter: Allows you to filter the appointment screen.  
  • Search Appointments: Allows to search for appointments, either through name, provider or type of appointment.  
  • Cancel: Deletes the text in the search field. 
  • Add:  Add a patient appointment.
  • Export: Allows to export the report of patient appointments to PFD format, or Excel. 
  • Previous: Date: Allows to return to the previous date. 
  • Calendar: Allows to filter and/or select the date in the calendar. 
  • Next Date: Allows to go to the next date. 
  • Patients: Allows to select the patients you want to be displayed on the screen, either by all patients, existing or new patients. 
  • Offices: Allows to select a specific office or facility or all offices or facilities. 
  • Providers: Allows to select specific providers or all providers, in the office or facility. 
  • Types: Select appointment types specific to the office or all appointment types in the office or center. 
  • Status: Select appointment-specific statuses or all appointment statuses.  


Board 

  • Patient: Displays the patient's name, through the selected filter. 
  • Office: Displays the office or appointment center, through the selected filter.  
  • Provider: Displays the provider assigned to the appointment of the office, through the selected filter.  
  • Type: Displays the appointment type assigned to the office, appointment through the selected filter.   
  • Date / Time: Displays the date and time of the appointment of the office, through the selected filter.  
  • Status: Displays the status of the appointment of the office, through the selected filter.  
  • Actions: Allows to perform the following actions:  
  • Edit Appointment:  Allows to edit the selected appointment.  
  • Send SMS: Allows to send text messages to the selected patient. (Note: The patient must have a mobile phone number on file and the office must have the text messaging service active.)
  • Appointment Log: Displays the user(s) and the time they took an action, with the selected patient. 

 

Bottom screen

  • Total: Shows the total of appointments of the office or facility, through the selected filters. 
  • Unconfirmed: Shows the total of unconfirmed appointments, from the office or facility, through the selected filters.  
  • Confirmed: Shows the total of confirmed appointments, from the office or facility, through the selected filters.  
  • Cancelled: Shows the total of canceled appointments of the office or facility, through the selected filters.  
  • Arrived: Shows the total number of patients, who arrived at the office or facility, through the selected filters.  
  • Runaway: Shows the total number of patients, who left the office or facility unattended, through the selected filters.  
  • Discharged: Shows the total number of patients, who were dispatched from the office or facility, through the selected filters.
