There are several options to configure the text message templates.
Option #1
- Go to the Appointments screen.
- Click on the Settings button, located in the right side of screen, in the Side Panel section.
- The following screen will be displayed:
- Click the arrow, located next to the SMS Settings button, at the top of screen. Then select the SMS Templates option.
- The following screen will be displayed:
- Click on the Add, located at the top of the screen.
- The following screen will display:
- Write the template's description.
- Configure template text in English.
- Then configure template text in Spanish.
- Once configured the text template, click on the Save button.
- Must restart application, so that the configured template is displayed.
- In order to use the configured template, you must go to the Appointments screen.
- Click on the Send SMS button, to send text message reminder to patient.
- The following screen will be displayed:
- Select the configured template, that you wish to send to patient, as a reminder through text message.
- Once selected, click on the Send button.
- The text message will be automatically sent.
Option #2
- Click on the QuickLinks text, located at the top of screen.
- Select the Appointments options.
- The following screen will be displayed:
- Click on the Settings button, locates in the Side Panel section, at the right side of screen.
- The following screen will be displayed:
- Click the arrow, located next to the SMS Settings button, at the top of screen. Then select the SMS Templates option.
- The following screen will be displayed:
- Click on the Add, located at the top of the screen.
- The following screen will display:
- Write the template's description.
- Configure template text in English.
- Then configure template text in Spanish.
- Once configured the text template, click on the Save button.
- Must restart application, so that the configured template is displayed.
- In order to use the configured template, you must go to the Appointments screen.
