Description

Screen used to select, order and configure a custom description for all of the available clinical evaluation segments. The order in which they appear on this screen is the order in which they'll appear on the printed Progress Note.



Access

From the Main Menu, click on Settings, then General, Staff & Providers. Click on the PN Settings button on the toolbar of the screen.


Sections

  • Section Type: Clinical Evaluation sections for the progress note.
  • Description: Custom description for the segment. If left blank, the system will default to the section type content.
  • Visible: Denotes if the segment will be visible to the selected user.


Where does this configuration apply?

The order and selections made will be displayed on the printed progress note report.
