Description

Screen used to add, edit or delete system users. (Users with login history can not be deleted).



Access

On the Settings module, click on General, then click on the Users option. 


Sections

  • Buttons
    • New
    • Edit
    • Delete - Users with login history can not be deleted, only inactivated.

  • Data Grid: Displays all system users.

  • Account is Enabled: Must be checked for the user to be able to access the system.  Remove check to disable the user.
  • User must reset password at next logon: If checked, the user will required to change password at the next login attempt.
  • Emergency access is enabled: Provides any non-clinical user with clinical access in the event of an emergency (Click here for details).
