There are several option to see the inactive patients record in the application.


Option #1 

  • Click on the Patients button, located in main menu. 


  • Click on the Search button, located in the upper right side of screen. 


  • The patient search screen will be displayed:


  • Select the Include inactive patient records option.

        

  • If there is any inactive record in system, it will be shown automatically in screen. Line of the inactive record, will be painted in dark grey with grey letters.


Option #2

  • Click on the QuickLinks text, located at the top of main menu screen.
  • Select the Patients option. 


  • Click on the Search button, located in the upper right side of screen. 


  • The patient search screen will be displayed:


  • Select the Include inactive patient records option.

        

  • If there is any inactive record in system, it will be shown automatically in screen. Line of the inactive record, will be painted in dark grey with grey letters.


Option #3

  • Go to the Appointments screen.
  • Click on the Patient Details button, located at the right side of screen, in the Side Panel section.  


  • Click on the Search button, located in the upper right side of screen. 


  • The patient search screen will be displayed:


  • Select the Include inactive patient records option.

        

  • If there is any inactive record in system, it will be shown automatically in screen. Line of the inactive record, will be painted in dark grey with grey letters.
