There are several option to see the inactive patients record in the application.
Option #1
- Click on the Patients button, located in main menu.
- Click on the Search button, located in the upper right side of screen.
- The patient search screen will be displayed:
- Select the Include inactive patient records option.
- If there is any inactive record in system, it will be shown automatically in screen. Line of the inactive record, will be painted in dark grey with grey letters.
Option #2
- Click on the QuickLinks text, located at the top of main menu screen.
- Select the Patients option.
- Click on the Search button, located in the upper right side of screen.
- The patient search screen will be displayed:
- Select the Include inactive patient records option.
- If there is any inactive record in system, it will be shown automatically in screen. Line of the inactive record, will be painted in dark grey with grey letters.
Option #3
- Go to the Appointments screen.
- Click on the Patient Details button, located at the right side of screen, in the Side Panel section.
- Click on the Search button, located in the upper right side of screen.
- The patient search screen will be displayed:
- Select the Include inactive patient records option.
- If there is any inactive record in system, it will be shown automatically in screen. Line of the inactive record, will be painted in dark grey with grey letters.
