Screen Description

Configure evaluation rooms.


Access


Through Main Menu

  • Click on the Appointment button, in the Main Menu screen.  
  • Once the Appointment screen is displayed, click on the Settings button, located at the Side Panel section, on the right side of screen.  
  • In the Appointment Settings screen, click on the Add button, located at the top of the Appointments Settings screen and select the Rooms option. 

Through QuickLinks

  • Click on the QuickLinks text, located at the top of the Main Menu screen. 
  • Once the Appointment screen is displayed, click on the Settings button, located at the Side Panel section at the right side of screen. 
  • In the Appointments screen, click on the Add button and then select the Rooms option.

Through Settings  

  • Click on the Settings button, in the Main Menu screen. 
  • Search the Settings / Office / Appointments section. 
  • In the Appointment Settings screen, click on the Add button, located at the top of screen and then select the press Rooms button.


Configuration

Examination Rooms configured on this screen, are available in two (2) areas:

  • Appointments: On the Location field when adding or editing an appointment.
  • Workflow: As part of the workflow assignment.


Sections


Buttons

  • Offices: A field where you select the office you want to add or configure an evaluation room.  
  • Sort Editor: Allows user to organize the office rooms, according to users preferences.
  • Add: Add a new evaluation room. Color coding is required and the Is Default option can be checked, to denote a specific entry as the default location, for all appointments.


  • Edit: Allows to edit the selected line.
  • Delete: Allows to eliminate the selected line.
  • Save: Allows to store changes made in screen.
  • Cancel: Allows to cancel changes made in screen. 
  • Close: Allows to close screen.
  • Table grid: Displays all configured evaluation rooms.


  • Room: Allows to write the description of the evaluation room.
  • Color: Allows to select the color that will identify the evaluation room. 
  • Office: Allows to select the office to which the office room will be added, if it is not the one in which it is connected.   
  • Is Default: Allows to identify if the evaluation room to be created, will be the one that is dispayed, when creating an appointment.
