Two methods can be used to signal a patient's arrival at the office.


With Existing Patients

  • Navigate to the Appointments screen.
  • At the conclusion of the patient's appointment, two checkmarks will be displayed.


  • When a patient arrives at the office, the secretary can edit the details on the Appointments screen by double-clicking on the appointment.


  • Users may also click on the appointment of an arrived patient and select the Open option.


  • The Appointment Detail screen will be displayed:


  • Select the Arrived At option with a checkmark to indicate that the patient has arrived at the office.


  • After making your selection, click the Save & Close button. 


  • The user has the option to mark the patient's arrival at the office from the Side Panel section.

  • The second checkmark will automatically turn green to indicate that the patient has arrived at the office.


With New Patients

  • Navigate to the Appointments screen.
  • Select the appointment for the new patient.


  • Select the appointment, then click on the Create Record button.


  • Alternatively, click on the Patient Details button located in the Side Panel section.


  • In either scenario, the subsequent screen will be shown:


  • The user may select their gender and date of birth, then proceed to click the Save button.
  • Alternatively, select the Go to Patient Details option and complete the patient's demographic information on the Patient Details screen.
  • After completing the information, click the Save button.
  • The appointment details section will be displayed in the side panel on the right side of the screen.
