There are two ways to indicate that patient arrived at the office.


With existing patients

  • Go to the Appointments screen. 
  • Two checkmarks will be displayed at the end of the patient's appointment. 


  • When patient arrives at the office, secretary edits, in the Appointments screen, by clicking twice over the appointment.


  • User can also click on the the arrived patient's appointment and select the Open option. 


  • The Appointment Detail screen, will be displayed. 


  • Select the with a checkmark, the Arrived At option, in order to indicate that patient arrived at the office. 


  • Once selected, click on the Save & Close button. 


  • User has the option to indicate, that patient arrived at the office, from the Side Panel section.


  • The second checkmark will be automatically turned green,  in order to indicate that patient arrived at the office. 

With New Patients

  • Go to the Appointments screen. 
  • Select the new patients appointment. 


  • Click on the Create Record button once the appointment is selected. 


  • Or click on the Patient Details button, located at the Side Panel section. 


  • In both cases, the following screen will be displayed


  • User can select Gender and DOB and then click on the Save button. 
  • Or can select the Go to patients details option and complete the patients demographic information in the Patients Details screen. 
  • Once information is completed, click on the Save button. 
  • The appointments details section, will be displayed on the Side Panel section on the right side of screen
