There are several options to review the patient's scanned documents.  


Option #1 

  • Click on the Patients button, in main menu. 


  • The following screen will be displayed


  • Select the patient to whom you want to review the scanned documents.
  • Then, click on the Documents button, located at the top of the screen.


  • The following screen will be displayed:


  • To display all patient's documents, check that all categories in the Patient Details, Clinical and Billing sections, are selected. If the screen is displayed from the Patients screenonly the options in the Patient Details section, will be selected.
  • Select the document you want to review from the table.
  • The selected document will be displayed, on the right side of the screen.


  • In the same way, you will be able to visualize and identify date, time and user of who registered and / or updated the document.  


Option #2

  • Click on the QuickLinks text, located at the top of the screen.
  • Select the Patients option.


  • The following screen will be displayed


  • Select the patient to whom you want to review the scanned documents.
  • Then, click on the Documents button, located at the top of the screen.


  • The following screen will be displayed:


  • To display all patient's documents, check that all categories in the Patient Details, Clinical and Billing sections, are selected. If the screen is displayed from the Patients screenonly the options in the Patient Details section, will be selected.
  • Select the document you want to review from the table.
  • The selected document will be displayed, on the right side of the screen.


  • In the same way, you will be able to visualize and identify date, time and user of who registered and / or updated the document.
