Description

This process is utilized to associate a set of common phrases, known as Tags, with a particular segment of a clinical evaluation.


Access


Through Main Menu 

  • Click on the Clinical button in the main menu. 
  • Select a patient from any section of the Clinical Records screen. 
  • After selecting a patient, click on the Settings button located on the screen's toolbar. 
  • Then choose the Evaluation Tags Settings option.


Sections


Buttons

  • Close: Allows to close screen. 


  • List of the available categories:  
    • Edit: After choosing a Clinical Evaluation segment, click on Edit to associate one or more Tags with that section.

    • Cancel: Enables the cancellation of any action taken in a section.

    • Save: Allows to store action performed. 

  • Tabla Grid: Screen where the different evaluation categories, will be displayed.
