Description

Used to attach a group ("Tags") of common phrases to a specific clinical evaluation segment.


Access


Through Main Menu 

  • Click on the Clinical button, in main menu. 
  • Select patient from any section, of the Clinical Records screen.  
  • Once patient is selected, click on the Settings button, located on the screen toolbar.
  • Select the Evaluation Tags Settings option.


Sections


Buttons

  • Close: Allows to close screen. 


  • List of the available categories:  
    • Edit: After selecting a Clinical Evaluation segment, press Edit to attach one or more Tags to that section.

    • Cancel: Allows to cancel any action made in section. 

    • Save: Allows to store action performed. 

  • Tabla Grid: Screen where the different evaluation categories, will be displayed.
