Description

Configure the screen to display Follow-up categories and entries as available options within the Clinical Evaluation panel.


Access


Through Main Menu 

  • Click on the 'Clinical' button in the main menu. 
  • Select a patient from any section of the 'Clinical Records' screen. 
  • Once a patient is selected, click on the 'Settings' button located on the screen toolbar. 
  • Then, choose the 'Follow Up Settings' option.


Sections


Buttons

  • Save: Enables the storage of any performed actions.
  • Close: Allows to close screen.  


Categories: To manage your categories, right-click to add or remove them from the list.

  • Add New Category: Allows to add a new category. 
  • Delete Selected Category: Allows to delete a category. 

Description: To manage category descriptions, right-click to add or remove them.

  • Add New Follow Up: Allows to add a new follow up description. 
  • Delete Selected Follow Up: Allows to delete a selected follow up description.

Click on thebutton, located in the Clinical Evaluation section, in the Advanced Progress Note screen.
