Description

Screen to configure Follow-up categories and entries, to be displayed available, as Follow-up options, in the Clinical Evaluation panel.


Access


Through Main Menu 

  • Click on the Clinical button, in main menu. 
  • Select patient from any section, of the Clinical Records screen. 
  • Once patient is selected, click on the Settings button located on the screen toolbar.
  • Select the Follow Up Settings option.


Sections


Buttons

  • Save: Allows to store any actions performed. 
  • Close: Allows to close screen.  


Categories: Lists of categories. Right click, to add or remove the categories.

  • Add New Category: Allows to add a new category. 
  • Delete Selected Category: Allows to delete a category. 

Description: List of category descriptions. Right click, to add or remove the descriptions.

  • Add New Follow Up: Allows to add a new follow up description. 
  • Delete Selected Follow Up: Allows to delete a selected follow up description. 



Section where the configuration of the follow up days is used.

Click on thebutton, located in the Clinical Evaluation section, in the Advanced Progress Note screen.
