Description

Configure evaluation categories and phrases on this screen. These tags will then be available in the Clinical Evaluation panel.


Access


Through Main Menu 

  • Click on the 'Clinical' button in the main menu. 
  • Select a patient from any section of the Clinical Records screen. 
  • After selecting a patient, click on the 'Settings' button at the top of the screen. Then choose the 'Phrases Settings' option.


Sections


Buttons

  • Save: Save all modifications and exit the screen at the same time.
  • Close: Closes the screen.

First ColumnIn this section, various categories are displayed along with their respective colors. Right-clicking with the mouse will present two options:

  • Add New Tag: Allows to configure a new category. 
  • Delete Selected Tag: Deletes the selected category. 

Second ColumnIn this section, various phrases from the chosen category will be displayed. Right-clicking on this table will present two options:

  • Add New Phrases: Enables the configuration of a new phrase for the chosen category.
  • Delete Selected Phrase: Delete a phrase for the selected category.

Third Column: In this section, phrases can be configured to always appear in the Assessment and Plan section. Similarly, users can customize the text of these sections and set them up according to different diagnostics.

  • Include Always in Assessment/Plan: Ensure the configured phrase is always displayed in the Assessment and Plan section.
  • Assessment Custom Text: Enables the configuration of custom text for the Assessment section.
  • Custom Text Plan: Enables the configuration of custom text for the Plan section.
  • ICD Mappings: Enables the addition of a diagnosis to the configured phrase.


View From Clinical Evaluation

Click the three-dot icon to open the Phrase selections. If tagged to the Chief Complaint section, the choices will be limited to those identified within that section.


Smart Box  

On the “Advanced Progress Note” screen, click on the “Smart Box” tab, located on the right side of the “Clinical Evaluation” section.
