Description

Displays office alerts that are applicable to the selected patient.


Configuration

Alerts displayed on this screen, can be configured here: Settings / Office / Office Information and select Office Alert. Select a patient on the Appointments screen, click on the More button, located at the top pf the screen. t

Through Main Menu
  • Select a patient on the Appointments screen, click on the More button, located at the top of screen. 
  • Then select the Alerts option and then select the General Alerts. 
Through QuickLinks
  • Click on the QuickLinks text located at the top of screen. 
  • Select either the Appointments or Patients option. 
  • In both screens select patient. The click on the More button located at the top of screen. 
  • Select the Alerts option and then select the General Alerts option.
Through Patients
  • Select a patient on the Patients Details screen, click on the More button, located at the top of screen. 
  • Select the Alerts option and then select the General Alerts option.

  • Close: Click to close the screen.
  • Table: Display grid for office alerts that are applicable to the selected patient.
