Description 

Displays the history of alerts created for the selected patient. (Does not include office alerts) 


Access


Through Main Menu

  • Select a patient on the Appointments screen, click on the More button, located at the top of screen. 
  • Then select the Alerts option and then select the Patient Alert History option. 

Through QuickLinks

  • Click on the QuickLinks text located at the top of screen. 
  • Select either the Appointments or Patients option. 
  • In both screens select patient. The click on the More button, located at the top of screen. 
  • Select the Alerts option and then select the Patient Alert History option.

Through Patients

  • Select a patient on the Patients Details screen, click on the More button, located at the top of screen. 
  • Select the Alerts option and then select the Patient Alert History option. 


Sections 

  • Close: Allows to close screen. 
  • Chart: Displays all the patient's created alerts.
