There are several options to configure the office or facilities contacts.

Option #1 

  • Go to the Appointments screen.
  • Click on the More button, located at the top of screen. 
  • Select the Office Directory option. 


  • The following screen will be displayed:  


  • Click on the Add button, located at the top of screen.  
  • The following screen will be displayed:


  • Fill in all the required fields with an asterisk, such as: Name, Last Name, Phone y Physical Address.
  • To add an image to the contact, click on the Add Picture button.
  • Se desplegará la siguiente pantalla:


  • Select the most convenient option. 
  • Then click on the Save button, to store changes. 

Option #2
  • Click on the QuickLinks text, located at the top of screen. 
  • Select the Settings option. 


  • The following screen will be displayed: 


  • Click on the Office button and then press the  Office Directory button. 
  • The following screen will be displayed:  


  • Click on the Add button, located at the top of screen.  
  • The following screen will be displayed:


  • Fill in all the required fields with an asterisk, such as: Name, Last Name, Phone y Physical Address.
  • To add an image to the contact, click on the Add Picture button.

  • Select the most convenient option. 
  • Then click on the Save button, to store changes. 


Option #3

  • Click on the Settings button, in the main menu. 


  • The following screen will be displayed:  
  • Click on the Office button and then press the  Office Directory button.

  • The following screen will be displayed:


  • Fill in all the required fields with an asterisk, such as: Name, Last Name, Phone y Physical Address.
  • To add an image to the contact, click on the Add Picture button.

Option #4

  • Go to the Patient Details screen.
  • Click on the More button, located at the top of screen. 
  • Select the Office Directory option.
