There are several option to edit a contact in the office or facility directory.
Option #1
- Go to the Appointments screen.
- Click on the More button, located at the top of screen.
- Select the Office Directory option.
- The following screen will be displayed:
- Select the contact you wish to edit.
- Once selected, click on the Edit button, located at the top of screen.
- The Additional Details screen, will be displayed:
- Modify the corresponding fields.
- Once completed, click on the Save button, to store changes.
Option #2
- Click on the QuickLinks text, located at the top of screen.
- Select the Settings option.
- The following screen will be displayed:
- Click on the Office button and then press on the Office Directory button.
- The following screen will be displayed:
- Select the contact you wish to edit.
- Once selected, click on the Edit button, located at the top of screen.
- The Additional Details screen, will be displayed:
- Modify the corresponding fields.
- Once completed, click on the Save button, to store changes.
Option #3
- Click on the Settings button, in the main menu.
- The following screen will be displayed:
- Click on the Office button and then press on the Office Directory button.
- The following screen will be displayed:
- Select the contact you wish to edit.
- Once selected, click on the Edit button, located at the top of screen.
- The Additional Details screen, will be displayed:
- Modify the corresponding fields.
- Once completed, click on the Save button, to store changes.
Option #4
- Go to the Patient Details screen.
- Click on the More button, located at the top of screen.
- Select the Office Directory option.
- The following screen will be displayed:
- Select the contact you wish to edit.
- Once selected, click on the Edit button, located at the top of screen.
- The Additional Details screen, will be displayed:
- Modify the corresponding fields.
- Once completed, click on the Save button, to store changes.
