There are several option to delete a contact from the directory of the office or facility. 

Option #1

  • Go to the Appointments screen.
  • Click on the More button, located at the top of screen. 
  • Select the Office Directory option. 


  • The following screen will be displayed: 


  • Select the contact you wish to delete from the office or facility directory. 
  • Once selected, click on the Delete button, locate at the top of screen. 


  • The following confirmation message, will be displayed:          
  • Click on the Yes button, to eliminate contact from the office or facility. 
  • Click on the No button, to cancel action. 

Option #2
  • Click on the QuickLinks text, located at the top of screen. 
  • Select the Settings option. 


  • The following screen will be displayed: 


  • Click on the Office button and then press the Office Directory button. 
  • The following screen will be displayed: 


  • Select the contact you wish to delete from the office or facility directory. 
  • Once selected, click on the Delete button, locate at the top of screen. 


  • The following confirmation message, will be displayed:          
  • Click on the Yes button, to eliminate contact from the office or facility. 
  • Click on the No button, to cancel action. 


Option #3

  • Click on the Settings button, in the main menu screen. 


  • The following screen will be displayed: 
  • Click on the Office button and then press the Office Directory button. 
  • The following screen will be displayed: 


  • Select the contact you wish to delete from the office or facility directory. 
  • Once selected, click on the Delete button, locate at the top of screen. 


  • The following confirmation message, will be displayed:          
  • Click on the Yes button, to eliminate contact from the office or facility. 
  • Click on the No button, to cancel action. 


Option #4

  • Go to the Patient Details screen.
  • Click on the More button, located at the top of screen. 
  • Select the Office Directory option. 


  • The following screen will be displayed: 


  • Select the contact you wish to delete from the office or facility directory. 
  • Once selected, click on the Delete button, locate at the top of screen. 


  • The following confirmation message, will be displayed:          
  • Click on the Yes button, to eliminate contact from the office or facility. 
  • Click on the No button, to cancel action.
