- Go to the Appointments screen.
- Identify the new patient appointment.
- The following screen will be displayed:
- Select the New Patient option.
- Click on the Create Rec button, once the mouse is over patient.
- Or select patient and then click on the Patient Details button, located at the top of the screen in the Side Panel section.
- The following screen will be displayed:
- Select patients gender.
- Select patients date of birth.
- Then select the Go to patient details option and click on the Save button.
- The Patient Details screen, will be displayed.
- Important: Verify that patient's name is displayed in First area and patient's last name, is in the Last area in the 2nd Last field.
- Complete the following required fields: Race, Ethnicity, Civil Status, Birth Status, Mobile, Physical Address and Primary Language.
- To save changes, click on the Save button, located at the top of screen.
- To return to the Appointments screen, click on the Previous button.
