Used to create Lab, X-Ray's, DME's or Procedures.


Access 


Through the Side Bar section: Click on the Add Order button on the Side Bar of the Progress Note screen. Can't find the Add Order button: Click on Settings button on the toolbar of the Progress Note screen, Select the Side Bar Settings option. Select the Add Order item from the available items area on the right side of the screen and drag/drop into the items window on the lower left corner of any Side Bar category. Press the Save button in order to store the change. The Side Bar panel will refresh and the button will appear under the category where it was added.

Through the Search section: Click on theSearch button located at the left side of screen and then select the Add Order button.

Through the Patient Dashboard section: Click on the Pending Orders link located in the Patient Dashboard or click on the More button and select the Add Order option. 

Through the Clinical Evaluation section: Click on the Order text or click on the Add button, located in the Clinical Evaluation. 


Sections


Buttons

  • Add ICD Code: Opens the diagnosis search screen to select or search for a diagnosis for the order.
  • Patient Dx Code: Displays all of the active diagnosis codes attached to the patient record.
  • Order Templates: Displays all of the order templates created in the system.
  • Print: Prints the order
  • Save As: Saves the selected order as a template for future use.
  • Cancel
  • Save: Saves the created order.

Tabs [New Order]: Displays the search options and lists the codes identified as favorites.


Tabs [History]: Displays the history of created orders. To reorder just press thebutton.


Tab [Results View]: Displays the results off all the results orders. Provider can search in this area by specific order. 


Selection Grid: Displays the items selected for the order.


Notes: Allows to add notes and convert into phrases.
