Description

Screen displays the order groups configured for a specific diagnosis code.  


Configuration

Go to Settings / Clinical / Order Sets to configure the orders sets for a specific diagnosis. 


Access 


Through the Side Bar section: Click on the Order Set button on the Side Bar of the Progress Note screen. Can't find the Order Set button: Click on Settings button on the toolbar of the Progress Note screen, Select the Side Bar Settings option. Select the Order Set item from the available items area on the right side of the screen and drag/drop into the items window on the lower left corner of any Side Bar category. Press the Save button in order to store the change. The Side Bar panel will refresh and the button will appear under the category where it was added.

Through the Search section: Click on theSearch button located at the left side of screen and then select the Order Set button.

Through the Procedures screen: Click on the Order Sets button, located at the top of the Procedures screen.  

A través de "Clinical Evaluation": Click on the Order Sets button, located at the top of the Clinical Evalaution screen.  

Sections


Buttons

  • Select All: Allows to select all the sections of the Order Set. 
  • Send Educations by email: Allows to send the patients education by email. 
  • Print Orders: Allows to print the created orders once the Print Orders button is selected. 
  • Print Referrals: Allows to print the referrals created in the Order Set once the Print Referrals button is selected. 
  • Process: Displays the Order Set Review screen to confirm the Order Set to add to patient by pressing the save button. 
  • Previous: Closes screen. 
  • My Order Sets: Displays the orders sets created by the user logged in. 
  • All Order Sets: Displays orders sets created by all the providers. 
  • Order Sets: Displays all orders created from the Order Set Settings screen. 
  • Authorized Providers: Allows to select the authorized provider. 


Order Sets Sections

  • Diagnostics: Displays the diagnosis associated to the selected Order Set. 
  • Providers: Displays the provider who created the Order Set. 
  • Orders: Displays all orders added in the selected Order Set. 
  • Dx: Allows to select the diaagnosis related to the Order Set.
  • Medications: Displays all medications added to the selected Order Set. 
  • Referrals: Displays the description added to referral to the selected Order Set. 
  • Tasks: Displays the tasks added to the selected Order Set.
  • Educations: Displays the educations of the Order Set.
