Description

Screen that displays the history of orders created for the selected patient.


Access 


Through the Side Bar section: Click on the Main Orders button on the Side Bar of the Progress Note screen. Can't find the Main Order buttonClick on Settings button on the toolbar of the Progress Note screen. Select the Side Bar Settings option. Select the Main Order item from the available items area on the right side of the screen and drag/drop into the items window on the lower left corner of any Side Bar category. Press the Save button in order to store the change. The Side Bar panel will refresh and the button will appear under the category where it was added.

Through the Search section: Click on theSearch button located at the left side of screen and then select the Main Order button.

Through the Patient Dashboard section: Click on the Pending Orders link located in the Patient Dashboard or click on the More button and select the Add Result option.


Sections

  • Filters: Toggle between Active, Removed or All orders.
  • View: Change the screen to view orders by category (Labs, Images, Studies, DME) or by date created. (Encounter).
  • Orders: The display will vary depending on the selection made in the View drop down menu: 
    • By Category: In this section orders will be displayed by categories. 


  • : By pressing this button the selected order detail will be deactivated.
  • : By pressing this button the selected order will be printed.
    • By Encounter: In this section orders will be displayed by encounter.


  • :Click on this button in order to print order.
  • :Click on this button in order to change the order status to completed.


  • Order Details: Displays the details of the selected order. The display will vary depending on the selection made in the View drop down menu:
