Description
A screen designed to record the medications administered to a patient in-office.
Access
Through the Side Bar section: To access the Medication History, click on its button in the Side Bar of the Progress Note screen. If you need to administer drugs, click the More button on the screen's toolbar and choose the Adm Drugs option. If the Medication History button is missing, go to the Settings on the Progress Note screen's toolbar, select Side Bar Settings, and then drag the Medication History item from the right side into a category on the lower left of the Side Bar. Save your changes, and the Side Bar will update to display the button in the chosen category.

Through the Search section: Click on the Search button located on the left side of the screen, then select the Medication History button. Next, click on the More button found on the screen's toolbar and choose the Administer Drugs option.

Through the Patient Dashboard section: To access the Medication List, click on the corresponding link in the Patient Dashboard or select the Open Full Page option by clicking on the More button. Next, click on the More option on the screen toolbar, choose the Adm button, and then select the Adm Drugs option.

Buttons
- New Drug: Add the new drug. (Drug description and date administered are required fields).
- New Component: Enables the addition of a new component to the selected medication.
- Edit: Enables the editing of administered medication records.
- Cancel: Enables the cancellation of any changes on the screen.
- Save: Enables saving changes on the screen.
- Previous: Allows to close screen.
Medication Grid: Displays the administered drugs.
Administered Drug Details: A section where information regarding administered medication is recorded or modified.
Alerts: Free text for patients alerts.
Notes: Free text for patients notes.
