Description

Allows to print the patients medication history. The medication history will include the active, cancelled or discontinued medications.


Access 


Through the Side Bar section: Click on the Medication History button on the Side Bar of the Progress Note screen. Then click on the Print button located on the screen toolbar. Can't find the Medication History button: Click on Settings button on the toolbar of the Progress Note screen, Select the Side Bar Settings option. Select the Medication History item from the available items area on the right side of the screen and drag/drop into the items window on the lower left corner of any Side Bar category. Press the Save button in order to store the change. The Side Bar panel will refresh and the button will appear under the category where it was added.

Through the Search section: Click on theSearch button located at the left side of screen and then select the Medication History button. Then click on the Print button located on the screen toolbar.

Through the Patient Dashboard section: Click on the Medication List link located in the Patient Dashboard or click on the More button and select the Open Full Page option. Then click on the Print button located at the screen toolbar. 


Sections of Report

  • Medication: Displays the medication prescribed to patient. 
  • Quantity: Displays the quantity prescribed to patient. 
  • Refill: Displays the refill prescribed to patient. 
  • Status: Displays the medication status: 
    • A= Active 
    • C= Cancelled 
    • D= Discontinued
